Hong Kong’s Henry Leung broke into the top 100 in 2019 and has proven to be a consistent performer and winner on the Challenger Tour.
The majority of his early career came on the Malaysian Squash Tour from 2015 to 2018, with Leung making a string of quarter-final and semi-final appearances, along with finishing runner-up at two consecutive events in 2017.
The Hong Konger secured his first win on Tour at the Beijing Squash Challenge in 2018, and within his next eight events, he had already claimed a further three titles. He won the Internazionali D’Italia after beating Ammar Altamimi, in what was his last event of 2018.
Leung then started 2019 in the perfect manner with a win at the Contrex Squash Challenge, before he won the Life Time Atlanta Open as well, the biggest victory of his career to date. Another victory came in 2020, at the Barfoot & Thompson Auckland Open, which is his most recent appearance on Tour to date, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
